Many of our customers come to Local Harvest Grocery because either by choice or necessity, they need products that are “free” of certain ingredients. We are happy to offer a wide selection of foods and products for our gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian friends, as well as those who suffer from food allergies.

We carry gluten-free pastas, breads, and cookies. Vegans will find lots of fresh produce, grains, tempeh, cheese and butter substitutes, dairy-free beverages, ice cream and yogurt, and often a selection of vegan baked goods from our cafe.
